eTrust Bureau was designed to help honest venders and consumers alike make trusted transactions over the Internet. Our goal is to help facilitate fair and safe transactions, as well as help resolve any disputes that might arise between parties.
Anyone with an on-line business can apply for membership and receive an eTrust Bureau seal to place on their website. You can then link the seal directly to your profile on eTrustBureau.com. If any member receives an excessive amount of complaints which cannot be resolved they will be removed from membership without refund.
When potential customers arrive at your website and see our trademarked seal displayed they know they can shop with confidence.
If any customer has a complaint they may go to that venders profile and log a complaint against that vender. We will then evaluate each complaint and work with both parties to resolve the matter. Visitors may also rate members between one and five starts for satisfaction.
